While she somehow learned nothing about sports, she did witness someone rapidly changing the color of a boat to match the mood of the headlines her dad was rattling off—it was pure sorcery. Rebecca is a Creative Consultant specializing in impactful visual communications for innovative, sustainable, and purpose-driven brands and organizations. Her work includes designing illustrations, infographics, and marketing collateral across a variety of industries. Previously, as Creative Director at Flow Hydration, she oversaw brand strategy, website development, and retail and e-commerce creative marketing. She led a talented team of illustrators and designers across print, web, and product design, with hands-on experience in digital, print, packaging, and photo/video direction. Flow is a B Corp Certified paperboard-pack water company committed packaging high-quality spring water while minimizing environmental impact and maximizing sustainability.
Creative direction, design, production, and organization of photoshoots, social media, paid media, ecommerce, tradeshow booths and graphics, retail campaigns and point-of-sale graphics.
Implemented new project management strategies and software to track creative projects from concept to completion, resulting in a 23% increase in productivity.
Led a team in revamping the brand, resulting in a 300% YoY growth, including 45M new impressions in 6 months on social media and a 5x increase in ecommerce sales.

Uncommon Goods is an e-commerce company that focuses on sustainability and unique design.
Managed a multidisciplinary team of design, photo, and copy using Agile methodology.
Collaborated with Marketing and Merchandising teams to identify story-telling opportunities.
Partnered with technology and UX, and leveraged analytics to inform product pathways and design decisions.
Involved in a wide variety of projects, including the quarterly catalog (circulation of 11 million), email marketing (audience of 4.8 million), and digital product design.
Redesigned our packaging, blog, homepage (where we increased landing page entry click points by 30% on desktop and by more than 50% on mobile, with a 6% drop in bounce rate), navigation (creating a 4.4% lift in conversion rate) and item page (during which we shifted the site to be fully responsive) and created a more intuitive way for customers to personalize their goods (increasing task completion by 25%, and during user testing saw a 12% increase in customer satisfaction.)
